*Tofurkey Polish-Style Sausage
*Some sort of cream sauce made of white wine, soy cream, italian seasoning, white pepper and nutritional yeast
*Topped with Follow Your Heart Monterey Jack
I sort of layered the pasta, sausage and carrots, then poured on the sauce and topped with the cheese. The plan is to bake it for 30-40 minutes until the cheese melts.
